What is baked vegetables in spinach sauce made of?-
Baked vegetables in spinach sauce is made of 1 cup chopped spinach (palak), 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp plain flour (maida), 2 cups milk, salt and to taste, 2 cups mixed boiled vegetables, (french beans , carrot , green peas and cauliflower), salt and to taste, 1 tbsp fresh cream and 1/4 cup grated processed cheese.

How to make spinach puree-
To make spinach puree, pour ¼ cup of water in a kadhai and allow it to boil.

Sauté on a high flame for 1½ minutes or till the spinach is soft.

Remove from the flame, allow it to cool.

Blend in a mixer to a smooth purée. Keep aside.
How to make spinach sauce-
To make spinach sauce, heat 2 tbsp butter in a broad non-stick pan.

Add 2 tbsp plain flour (maida).

Sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.

Add 2 cups milk.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
