Ingredients

2 medium sized onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tbsp oil for frying
salt to taste
Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan,add roughly chopped onions,when it changes color add gignger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
  2. Now add tomatoes and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Take off from stove and allow to cool.
  4. After it cools make a fine paste of the above ingredients (in step 1) in a grinder.
  5. Finally temper it with: 1 1/2 tbsp gingely oil a few mustard
