4 bananas , peeled
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
10 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
sugar to taste

  1. Cut each banana into 4 pieces and slit each piece from the center.
  2. Combine the coconut , cardamom and sugar and fill this mixture in the bananas and keep aside.
  3. Heat 10 tbsp ghee in a kadhai, add the filled banana pieces and cook till both the sides become golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
