but u should serve it hot only. otherwise it gets sticky

Ingredients


for seasoning
4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 a pinch asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp green chillies pieces
1/2 bowl onion pieces
1/2 bowl tomatoes
7 to 8 curry leaves (kadi patta)
garam masala
4 to 5 Chapatis
2 cups water
salt and sugar to taste

For garnishing
green coriander (dhania)
fresh grated coconut
Method


  1. Put oil in a pan
  2. Put one by one following things
  3. Mustered seeds
  4. Cumin seed
  5. Hing
  6. Onion pieces
  7. Chill pieces
  8. Tomato pieces
  9. Garam masala
  10. Stir fry for 4-5 min.
  11. Now put water in it
  12. Let it boil
  13. Then put left over chapatis 2 inches pieces
  14. And let it boil for 2-3 min.
  15. Garnish with fresh greated coconut and green coriender
  16. Serve hot
