In a deep bowl, add the plain flour, yeast mixture and salt. Mix well and knead into a dough. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and stretch and knead well till the dough is smooth. Grease the same bowl using little olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover the bowl with a lid and keep aside to rest in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough will rise within 2 hours. Deflate the dough to remove excess air and knead lightly once again. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Place a portion of the dough on a clean, dry surface, dust some cornmeal over it.
