The flavonoids in the Neem Juice bags the credit for this effect. This Neem juice should be consumed after consulting your doctor and depending on the dosage of medicine. Excess of Neem Juice may cause a reverse effect viz. hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels) in some cases. So include it in small amounts twice a week and check for side effects if any.
