  1. To make Muskmelon Juice, first choose the correct muskmelon. This fruit is a round melon with firm, orange, moderately-sweet flesh and a thin reticulated light-brown rind. If you tap the melon with your palm and hear a hollow sound, the melon has passed the first test. Choose a melon that seems heavy for its size and one that does not have bruises or overly-soft spots.  
  2. Secondly, wash the muskmelon to remove dirt if any.  
  3. Wipe the muskmelon using a clean kitchen towel.  
  4. Cut the muskmelon into 4 pieces using a sterilized sharp knife.
  5. Then peel the muskmelon using the same sterilised sharp knife. Try and avoid leaving any green or white part on the muskmelon.  
     
  6. Scoop out all the seeds of the melon using a clean sterilized spoon and discard them.  
     
  7. Cut the muskmelon into medium sized cubes using the sharp knife. At this stage again ensure that there are no seeds or white pith. If there is any discard it.  3/4 medium sized muskmelon will approximately yield 2 cups muskmelon cubes.
