Try our raitas which are super healthy. We have used full fat curds as this is healthy fat for you. Don't get fooled into using low fat curds as that is not healthy. Onion raita, Palak Raita, Burhana Raita and Tomato Onion Raita are tasty and my favourites.

I have included 2 homemade butter recipes. Make them as we have been using them in our kitchens for over 2 years on a daily basis. Peanut Butter and Almond Butter have all the good fat and protein. Don't buy the market butters are they are full of hidden sugar and use vegetable oil which is high in Omega 6 and not healthy.
