Can I use saffola oil as children doesn''t like the taste of coconut oil.

   The taste of coconut oil is not strong in the peanut butter. If you want a switch, otherwise use olive oil. Remember this is a super healthy recipe made with the best oils. You could also use peanut oil but i have not tried that. You have nothing to loose trying the recipe with coconut oil as it is really cheap and healthy to make it home.

   Hi Rakhi, We have used roasted,unsalted and peeled peanuts.You can use any brand of edible coconut oil.

As i love fitness and run marathons, i tried this peanut butter recipe and it was tasty and healthy. Good to see no hidden sugar and vegetable oils. I snack with peanut butter often when hungry and have it in my office fridge and at home. Its super cheap to make and quick also. Even if your not exercising, eat this as it provides good fat and keep you healthy.
