Along with the dietary requirements for mothers, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has also suggested the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for infants and toddlers. The table below list all the major nutrients required for their healthy growth.

Some complication arises now due to which i am unable to feed my 7 months baby. I was worried about his diet. Here is the good knowledge & collection for recipes with full load of nutrients by Tarla Mam. I started with Mixed Vegetable Soup, Dal soup, vegetable idli, Rice Mash which my baby had properly. Will definitely try other recipes from Tarla Mam cookbook Baby & Toddler.
