Mustard 1tsp
Oil to deep fry
Arbi 500gm
Curd 100gm
Turmeric 1\2tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli 1\2tsp
Pepper 1tsp
Tej patta 1
Ilaychi big 2
Jeera 1tsp
Hing 2pinch
oilto deep fry

Method

  1. 1. wash boil arbi
  2. 2.peal and with fork make holes (godlein)
  3. 3.fry arbi golden brown
  4. 4.heat oil ,put mustard ,tejpattaand jeera .spliter then putput all masalas ,
  5. 5. when starts leaving oil add curd churned with water,cook on low fire for 5-7 minutes
