  1. Combine the puffed wheat, butter, chilli powder and salt in a deep bowl, mix well using your hands and spread in a baking tray.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 7 minutes, while stirring once in between. Cool completely.
  3. Combine baked puffed wheat, onions, cheese, coriander in a deep bowl and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately.
