Sugar and fat are important nutrition and should be taken in limited quantity. Instead of Halwa i recommend खीर, or paysam. Because my research on taste revealed that Say for 100g Halwa Vs Kheer, kheer requires 1/10 or less of sugar and ghee. Stay healthy.
