Cheesy mango toast

You may substitute the mango pieces with pineapple, apple or banana pieces in fruit varieties. you could also use a mixture of nuts (cashew, badam, pista, akroot etc.) along with raisins and dates instead of fruits. i have also tried this with mushrooms and found them to be delicious. just saute the mushrooms for a few seconds before placing them on the bread slices.

the green chutney can be stored in refrigerator for up to 10 days without spoiling. if you are going to be making for a big crowd, helps to make this beforehand and store it. also, if you are going to store for a long time, better to leave out the coconut.

the coconut can be cut into pieces and grated in the mixie (if you are using summeet, use the two blade to get grated coconut with no exertion! cut coconut into pieces and run it on slow speed.)
