Chocolate Moose recipe - How to make Chocolate Moose
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar well and add to the boiled hot milk and cook till thick.
- Renove from fire and add cocoa and gelatine (which has to be soaked in cold water & melted) and whip.
- When cold fold in the egg whites (beaten stiffly).
- Pour in a serving dish and set in the fridge and then decorate with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle some chopped cherries and grated chocolate.
