Tried it today but when I cooked it in the microwave it became gluggy. I struggled to even out the paste. Should I add more curd or water?

   Hi, Just cook it for 2 minutes, then stir, then again 2 minutes again stir and then 1 minute. Try and put a little mixture on a greased surface and try one.
