hello mam, I have tried ur''s broccoli almond soup reciepe from YouTube. it was very tasty n easy to make without much time consuming. before I was not so interested to cook different dishes other than usual food. but now I am fascinated to cook different dishes.. thanku for the healthy n tasty reciepe.

This soup turned out very delicious, broccoli with onion gave a good combination.Perfect to keep u warm in chilly winter evenings.

   Hi Geeta, Tarla Dalal is now a brand and run by her team which continues to live her values and teaches easy vegetarian cooking in India. She passed away 3 years back and now the company is run by her son. Thanks for asking.

This is a great recipe. I also added celery while sautéing the onions to give it a good flavour.
