Looks delicious. Can I use oil in place of butter, since my grandson is allergic to dairy but adding milk was recommended by the pediatrician to try in baked items but not butter.

Can I bake in teh pressure cooker

   Hi, yes you can cook it in a pressure cooker.. Put a cup of salt in a pressure cooker, heat it up. Place a stand and place the cake tin with the batter cover it with the lid without the whitle and cook on a medium flame for 25 to 30 minutes..
