it was delicious and my family loved it but can it be frozen? Either the batter or the cooked pancakes.

These cooked pancakes nor the batter cannot be frozen. If you wish you can store the batter in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. In this case, thaw the batter for sometime add the salt just before making the pancakes.

If no fenugreek leaves available could substitute with coriander leaf or something else ?
