Can we sun dry them instead? If yes, then how long do you recommend to sun dry all the ingredients?

No you cannot sun dry them. Roasting of nuts gives a nice nutty flavour also stays fresh for a longer time.

It is required 1.2gm -2gm protein per kg weight lf someone has 70kg then minimum is 84gm and maximum is 140 gm protein on a daily basis. if it is correct then by this Recipe we are having only 1.7 gm with 2-3 tablespoons. Please advise.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you are correct. Please note that this is a homemade protein powder and not fortified protein powder, hence the protein count. If you wish, you can increase the amount of powder per glass of milk / almond milk. Please keep trying more recipes and sharing your comments with us.

I want to try this recipe for 6 year old kid, can I give it to him? Also do we have to add sugar in milk alongwith powder as we have already added dry dates while making powder . Will it give sweetness to milk?. Secondly we are adding peanuts also in powder, can we take alongwith milk, will it give any reaction? Please reply asap. Thank you for sharing such healthy recipes.

Thank you for your feedback. You can try this recipe for your kid, but begin with a very small quantity and check if your kid can digest it. Secondly, there is no need to add sugar in this combination. Please keep reviewing recipes and articles you love.

Yes, you can use these ingredients. Only check for the form of soyabean used. Prefer soyabean flour as compared to whole soyabean or avoid it.
