my idli turn out very hard and not fluffy at all...... what can b the reason......my rava dhokla too dont turn out well..... plz guide

Wonderful receipe, loved it for multiple reasons 1. Quick to make 2. Healthy 3. Yummy so much that even my fuzzy 2 year daughter loved it I miss tarla dalal mam...RIP Her receipes are always easy, tasty n healthy
