This pav has to be baked in an OTG oven.

Hi, You can try making it on a tava.. Cover it with a lid to melt the cheese..

Any substitute for Aluminum foil ...it is recommended not to use Aluminum foil due to health hazard

Hi Nitin, you can bake it in a tray, cover it with another tray. Bake it till the cheese melts..

Yes Swapna, this recipe is amazing....my family also loved the cheesy, spicy baked pav. I served the Stuffed Cheesy Schezuan Pav with Green Tomato Soup with Noodles.
