Ingredients

3 potatoes , boiled
3/4 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 to 2 onions , finely chopped
1/4 cup khajur imli ki chutney
1/4 cup green chutney
1 cup curds (dahi)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
chilli powder to taste
salt to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
nylon sev for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into thick slices and arrange in a plate.
  2. Place kabuli chana, onions, chutneys on each slice of potato.
  3. Sprinkle salt, cumin seeds powder and chilli powders and put 1 tbsp of curd on each slice.
  4. Garnish with sev and coriander.
  5. Serve immediately.
