Method

  1. Grate mango
  2. Add grated mango, grated coconut,green chillies, coriander leaves and salt and grind it to a paste.
  3. No need to fry any of the above items
  4. Take the paste into a bowl
  5. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add urad dal,rai,jeera ,red chilli and curry leaves
  6. Add this seasoning to the paste
  7. Serve with rice
