For jalebi batter-100 g. gram flour,
50g. Rice flour,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1tsp ajwain, crushed,
1tspginger-garlic paste,
1/2 tsp green chilli paste, a pinch asafoetida,
salt and red chilli powder to taste,
1tsp chat masala mixed with dried mint powder.
Oil for frying
