Method

  1. Dry roast[fry] split moong dhal until light brown colour.
  2. Wash rice,tuvar dhal,split moong dhal,carrots,beans,potato,methi.
  3. In a pressure cooker,put all the washed ingredients,jeera,pepper and cook upto 3 whistles.
  4. After the cooker cools, remove the peppercorns and mash it[u can also grind it in a food processor.
  5. To the mashed food,add salt and ghee.
  6. Serve warm.
