chopped green chillies 5
chopped coriender leaves 2 tbsp
curry leaves 1 tsp
finely chopped big onion 2 nos
fresh coconut grated 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
i pinch asafoetida
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
oil 5 tbsp to roast rotti
- Mix all ingrediants with flour except oil. consistency should be little loser than the chapathi dough. take a smooth surface newspaper, spread 1 tsp oil on it make a ball which is the size of a tennis ball and spread it evenly on the paper with ur hand making it into a round shapped roti. heat tava pour 1 tsp oil on it and keep the paper upside dow
