Ingredients


1 cup urad dal (split black lentils) (washed and soaked in water for 4 hours)
4 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)

Method

  1. Grind the soaked urad dal into a smooth batter.
  2. Mix the rice flour slowly and consistently so that it doesnt form lump.
  3. Add water accordingly while mixing the rice flour and the consistency should be like of any normal dosa batter consistency.
  4. Keep the batter overnight to fement.
  5. Next day morning its ready to be prepared as the usual method of preparing dosa.
  6. Serve with chutney or chutney powder or sambhar.
