Method- Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a kadhai, add the beetroot, pistachios and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add the sugar and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cardamon and mawa and saute till the mava is cooked.
- Remove from the flame and serve hot garnished with chopped nuts.
