Method

  1. Wash spinach & onion and chop fine.
  2. In a bowl put atta,spinach,onion,salt,pepper,1tsp oil&water and make a dough.
  3. Cover with lid and keep aside for 5min.
  4. Now put the pan on stove on medium heat.
  5. Take the dough divide in 4 parts.
  6. Take 1ball &roll with rolling pin 6-7inch diameter.
  7. Put it on the pan &fry both sides until golden brown &crispy.
  8. Serve with fresh yogurt &pickle.
  9. Yum--yum
