These easy to make herbed pizza strips are great to serve with soups, they are crispy, garlicky with a tint of spice…perfect in taste and presentation.

Herbed Pizza Strips recipe - How to make Herbed Pizza Strips

Preparation Time:    Baking time:  20 to 25 minutes.   Baking temperature:  200°C (400°F).   Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 16 strips

Ingredients

2 readymade (6”) pizza base

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
olive oil for greasing and brushing

Method
    Method
  1. Place the pizza bases on a clean, dry surface, brush equal quantities of the prepared topping on both the pizza bases and spread it evenly using a spoon.
  2. Cut them horizontally into medium sized strips and place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 to 20 minutes or till the base is evenly brown and crisp.
  3. Lightly brush the hot pizza strips with a little olive oil.
  4. Serve hot with a soup of your choice.

Herbed pizza strips.. loaded with herbs.. i enjoyed this with soup.. which made my soup much filling and interesting too..
