  1. To make instant suji handvo, combine rava, dahi and ½ cup of water. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the mixed vegetable, beetroot, carrot, bottle gourd, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, sugar, salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Now add eno, ¼ cup water and mix gently.
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and 2 to 3 curry leaves.
  5. Once crackled, add the handva batter and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook on both the sides until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve instant suji handvo hot with green chutney.
