Ingredients

2 kiwi , peeled and cut into 1/4" cubes
1 small mango , peeled and cut into 1/4" cubes
1 small cucumber , cut into 1/4" cubes (peel if you want)
2 green onions , sliced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice or to taste
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
salt to taste
black salt (sanchal) to taste

  1. Combine kiwi, mango, cucumber and sliced green onions in a bowl (with a tight-fitting lid if you're going to chill the salsa).
  2. Whisk together the lime juice and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the fruit-vegetable mixture. Stir a few times to combine.
  3. This can be served at room temperature or chilled for a few hours. Tastes best when chilled.
