  1. Combine the lemongrass, mint leaves and 2 cups of water in a deep bowl and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Blend in a mixer along with all the remaining ingredients and 1 cup of water till smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a strainer.
  4. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  5. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.

Lovely refreshing drink and without using sugar. Really nice mocktail drink for my next gathering. Easily available ingredients, quick to make and healthy too.
