Ingredients

4 apples , chopped
10-12 dates (khajur) , chopped
8 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
4 glass chilled milk
5-6 ice cubes , crushed

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the apple, dates, oats, cinnamon powder,2 glass milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl and add the remaining milk and crushed ice and mix well.
  3. Pour into individual serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled.
