Ingredients


3 mashed bananas
250 gms sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp oil
250 gms plain flour (maida)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Seive maida and b.p
  2. Beat eggs and sugar.
  3. Now add the seived maida and baking powder.
  4. Add the mashed banana and then oil to it.
  5. Pour on the greased tray and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
