I would like to inquire if barley water is suitable for low-carb diet. Your recipe contains information about macronutrients which is extremely helpful. Is it possible to get the source information? is it from USDA website? I would like to get to the source info before recommending barley water to people on the low carb diet for diabetic reasons. Thank you!
