Shahi sheermal is a mildly-sweet, saffron-flavoured naan popular in many countries across the Indian subcontinent. It's known for its rich flavor, flaky texture, and a hint of sweetness.

8 Pointers to get healthy on a Indian diet

1. Eat healthy and say yes to good home cooked food.
