Ingredients


1 small cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
finely chopped ginger (adrak)
finely chopped onion
1 green chilli , finely chopped
1 egg
salt to taste
chilli powder

Method

  1. Mix well besan, salt and red chillies.
  2. Add ginger, green chilly, and onion paste and egg to above to form a consistent paste.
  3. Put some butter on tava( not required on non stick tava)
  4. Put the mixture and cook till light brown.
