Ingredients
Method

  1. Preheat oven to 355f or 180c.
  2. Put the butter in a mixing bowl & beat it with a wooden spoon till it is soft & creamy.
  3. Add castor sugar & mix well.
  4. Add flour,bak.powder,lemon juice & vanilla essence &mix well with your hands.
  5. The mixture should look like a dough.
  6. Divide them into 15 portions.roll them in crushed cornflakes.
  7. Put them on a baking tray & bake for about 20-25 min & remove.
  8. Cool & store them in a jar.
