Ingredients

4 tbsp boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
6 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste

Method

Combine corn and mayonnaise in a mixer and blend to form a smooth paste.
Transfer it to a plate and add sour cream,onion,capsicum and tomatoes.Mix well.
Pour in a serving bowl.Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Serve immediately or chilled with your favourite chips or fries.
