6 slices vanilla cake
100 ml butterscotch icream
2-3 wafers
chocolate syrup
Method- Combine the ice cream and wafers and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside
- Spread some chocolate syrup and the mixture of ice cream on the cake slices.
- Place the cake slices on top and sandwich the ice cream in Insert toothpicks in between.
- Serve immediately garnished with chocolate syrup.
