Fried bananas,, really awesome recipe.. never thought fried bananas can be served as a desert.. i made this instant desert for my guest.. they enjoyed this dish.. it was crunchy.. sweet and creamy with the ice cream.. The kids just could not stop eating this.. Thank you for this irrestible recipe..

These bananas topped with brown sugar go well with a nice rich vanilla ice cream.
