It came out well taste wise, but I felt it wasn''t binded too much Could you tell the reasons for the same?

   May be the mawa was over-cooked. So ensure to follow the proportion of ingredients and cooking time exactly.

   Hi Shirish, We have not tried the recipe using liquid glucose and milk powder so, we would not be able to help wit the quantity.

   mawa is reduced form of milk.. which is solid in state.
