These Broccoli and Cheese balls are so crispy from outside and soft from inside, and with spice they taste really really good.

Love the recipe but don't like the 'deep fry' part. Is there a way to bake the balls without frying them in oil?

Avoid the breadcrumbs in rolling and instead shape them like tikkis and cook them on a non-stick tava using little oil on a medium flame. Do not bake them.
