Doodhi Halwa recipe - How to make Doodhi Halwa
Method- Put the milk and bottle gourd in a deep pan and bring to boil, while, stirring occasionally.
- When the mixture starts thickening, add the sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
- Add the ghee, cardamom, saffron and colour, mix well and cook on a slow flame till the ghee leaves the sides.
- Serve hot garnished with nuts.
