Method- Drain and blend the moong dal in a mixer along with all the above ingredients adding water to a coarse mixture.
- Heat a tava and grease with oil, spread s poonful of batter to make a small dosa.
- Cook using oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
