Ingredients


1 pot nestle or mother dairy set curds (dahi)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
bunch of green coriander (dhania)
1 small pod of garlic (lehsun)
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 sachets sugar substitute
1 small sized onion
pinch of chilli powder if desired

Method

  1. Put dahi into a mixing bowl and whip gently.
  2. Chop onion into very fine little pieces.
  3. Chop coriander finely.
  4. Press the garlic pod in a garlic press and add juice to dahi.
  5. Add the sugar free powder to the dahi mixture and stir well till dissolved.
  6. Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, herbs and pinch of red chilli powdered according to taste.
  7. Store in regrigerator till required.
