Method- Combine the milk , condensed milk and milk powder in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to a boil, while stirring continuously.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, cool and pour the mixture into kulfi moulds.
- Keep them in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or till the kulfi is set.
- Serve chilled.
