Ingredients


To Be Mixed and Kneaded Into A Dough
250 gms plain flour (maida)
75 gms whjole wheat flour
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 tsp cheese powder
3 tbsp grated processed cheese
3 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
water as required

oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  2. Roll out each ball into 1/8" thick roti.
  3. Cut this roti to desired shapes (heart,square,diamonds,kaju shaped) with the cookie cutter.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry these on slow flame so that the kharaparas are cooked properly.
  5. Drain on tissue paper and store in an air-tight container.
